Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original NWTN Home packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
